This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Aviators Quiz for the Aviators Quiz software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
Aviators Quiz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Software on devices you own or control for personal aviation knowledge training purposes.
Access and use all quiz categories, achievements, and game modes in accordance with this agreement.
Use local storage features to track your XP, achievements, and quiz progress on your device.
You may NOT:
The Software is licensed, not sold. Aviators Quiz retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Aviators Quiz.
All software code, quiz questions, designs, graphics, text, and other content in the application.
Your personal progress data, achievements, and preferences stored locally on your device.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Aviators Quiz does not collect personal data. All progress and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVIATORS QUIZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Aviators Quiz is an aviation knowledge training tool for entertainment purposes and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or preparation for official aviation examinations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AVIATORS QUIZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
Aviators Quiz may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through your device's app store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aviators Quiz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
